This fun and uplifting modern Art painting was inspired by the Disney film Dumbo. The motivation behind the piece was the idea of 'Rising above negativity.'
It has a circus feel and the lettering was free hand painted with traditional victorian sign writing skills, using enamel paint. The dancer was painted in oils and spray paint and acrylics have been used in the background to create a contrast in textures.
It has been painted on an excellent quality grey linen canvas.
The measurements are 75.5 x 50.5 cm, depth 2 cm.
